This spiced strawberry genmaicha is an incredible take on a classic favorite. Genmaicha is a popular Japanese offering consisting of green tea and toasted rice. The rich savory flavor of genmaicha is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of strawberry, rhubarb, green apple, the nuttiness of almond, a hint of warm spice and sage. To top it off, what makes this tea so special is the bark of the white willow tree. Light, earthy, smooth, and known for having anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. All these wonderful ingredients together create a magical tea that sips with the feeling of autumn wisps blowing through a willow wood.
