Blue tea has many kinds of verities. Wild blue tea is one of them. Their are benefits are similar, just the wild ones will contains more than the organic ones.
Blue tea has certain chemical compounds that are identical to those found in Panax Ginseng. They contain four times the level of saponins as the Panax Ginseng herb. Known as the 'miracle tea' to the locals, it contains a host of other amino acids, vitamins and minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc. It has superpower of antioxidants. It causes an increase in the performance of Tlymphocytes, natural killer cells as also macrophages. It's useful in the treatment and prevention of tumors. it has the ability to restore homeostasis (balance and equilibrium) to all five systems (the cardiovascular, digestive, immune, nervous and reproductive systems) of the body. It also helps lowering high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol. It is also used as an immune system protector, stress reliever, liver detoxing, liver disease, stomach ulcer, migraines.
Brewing Instruction:
- 1/2 or 1 piece of the ball
- 8 - 16 oz of water
- Steep for 5 minutes, you can make 3 - 4 cups of tea from the same leaves
- Drink it after meal.
