Cherry Rose

 

This tea we blend with hibiscus, peach cubes, pineapple cubes, raisins, dried blueberries, and red roses.

 

Benefit: Good source for Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Folate, Vitamin B1,B2 and B3 . Increase blood circulation, help reducing blood pressure, improving liver health, support metal health.

 

Brewing Instruction:

1 table spoon of tea

8-16 oz of water

Steep for 2-3 minutes, make 3-5 cups of tea from the same leaves. Or use a handful of the Cherry Rose tea, rinse a light handful of the sweet tea leaves , put them into one gallon of the cold water, let them steep for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. The tea will taste like fruit tea. Cold water steep the tea will keep more benefits.

 

 

For the Herbal Tea, if you are looking for specific benefits,please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you to pick up the right tea.  We also suggest to buy the sweet tea leaves (you could find more information about the sweet tea leaves in the "Herbal Tea" section) to replace the sugar. We don't suggest you to use sugar to brew the tea because the sugar will change the benefits of it.
